Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate invoices and maintain billing records.
  • Prepare daily dispatch and stock reports.
  • Manage GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) and inventory records.
  • Monitor stock movement and perform stock reconciliation.
  • Track damaged materials and maintain related records.
  • Maintain sample issue and return records.
  • Coordinate insurance claim documentation and follow-up.
  • Ensure accurate warehouse documentation and MIS reporting.
  • Work with warehouse and accounts teams for smooth operations.
