Job Description
Team Supervision: Assigning daily tasks, tracking employee shift performance, and onboarding new hires. [1]
Customer Experience: Modeling best-in-class customer service and stepping in to resolve escalated complaints or complex refunds. [1, 2]
Sales & Targets: Monitoring daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and motivating the team to meet or exceed daily revenue goals. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Operations & Inventory: Managing stock replenishment, processing deliveries, maintaining the stockroom, and overseeing cash register balancing. [1, 2]
Visual Merchandising: Ensuring the sales floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with corporate planograms and promotional displays. [1, 2]
