Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via Phone, Email, WhatsApp, and Chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide timely support.
  • Track customer orders and provide delivery updates.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Production teams.
  • Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through professional communication.


Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • minimum 1 years of experience in Customer Support/Customer Service .
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and CRM/ERP is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
