Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist chefs in food preparation, cutting vegetables, and basic cooking tasks.
- Wash, peel, and prepare ingredients as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, equipment, and workstations.
- Receive, store, and organize food supplies.
- Ensure proper food storage as per hygiene standards.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain cleanliness at all times.
- Refill ingredients and supplies during service hours.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Support kitchen staff during peak hours.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.
