Job Description
A Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services to customers while ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. The role includes greeting and assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, explaining product features, prices, offers, and benefits, and helping them make the right purchase decisions. A Sales Executive is also responsible for maintaining product displays, generating bills, following up with customers, handling queries, and ensuring smooth completion of sales transactions. In addition, they are expected to achieve daily and monthly sales goals, maintain records of sales and customer interactions, support promotional activities, and coordinate with the store team to ensure stock availability and proper product presentation. Strong communication skills, product knowledge, customer handling ability, and a target-oriented approach are essential for this role.
