Job Description
- Handle customer enquiries and leads received through IndiaMART, repeat customers (MNCs), website, email, phone calls, and other platforms.
- Understand customer technical requirements related to electrical test equipment and provide suitable product solutions.
- Discuss specifications, ratings, applications, standards, and testing requirements with clients.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations based on customer requirements.
- Follow up regularly with customers regarding submitted quotations and negotiate to close orders.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order status.
- Assist in preparing product catalogs, technical documents, and marketing materials.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to communicate confidently with industrial clients and consultants.
