Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and have prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or telesales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls professionally.
• Explain products/services and address customer queries.
• Handle assigned leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and performance targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or Customer Support Executive.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to convince customers and resolve queries effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM/Data Entry).
• Target-oriented with good time management skills.
