Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
  • Explain project details, property features, pricing and offers to potential buyers.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Schedule site visits and meetings for interested customers.
  • Follow up regularly with leads and maintain customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and site visit schedules.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate project information.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation targets.
  • Prepare and submit daily call reports to the reporting manager.
