Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented field sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our products/services.

  • Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients, pitch products or services, and convert leads into active customers to meet weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and encourage repeat business.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns (online and offline) to boost brand awareness.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals efficiently.
  • Reporting: Track sales metrics and provide regular feedback and reports to management regarding market responses.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (12th Pass/Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply).
  • Experience: 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Telecalling (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome).
  • Core Skills: Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, convincing skills & ready to go in field & meet clients.
  • Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) and familiarity with CRM tools or social media marketing is a plus.
  • Traits: High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
