Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Inbound Process (Saraswat)


Job Type: Apprenticeship (NATS)

Salary: ₹15,500 In-Hand per month (No PF deduction)

Process: Inbound Customer Service

Shift: Rotational Shifts (24×7)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Record customer interactions and update system records.
  • Follow company policies and quality standards.

Eligibility:

  • Good communication skills in English and regional language (if applicable).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Customer-focused attitude and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
