Job Description
Business Development & Sales Executive – Tours & Travel (Field Job)
⚠️ IMPORTANT: This position is strictly for candidates with previous experience in the Tours & Travel industry. Candidates from Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Real Estate, FMCG, Education, or other non-travel industries should not apply.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through field visits and corporate meetings.
- Develop B2B tie-ups with corporate companies, hotels, schools, colleges, hospitals, travel agencies, and visa consultants.
- Promote domestic and international tour packages, flight bookings, hotel bookings, and other travel services.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Submit daily reports of client visits and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Tours & Travel company (Mandatory).
- Experience in travel sales, business development, or corporate sales within the travel industry.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be willing to travel for client meetings.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives + Petrol Allowance (based on experience).
