Job Description
- Manage end-to-end warehouse, inventory, transportation, and distribution operations.
- Ensure timely order processing, billing, dispatch, and delivery with high service levels.
- Generate purchase orders and maintain optimum inventory levels as per business requirements.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and demand planning.
- Maintain Item Master, Price Master, Customer Master, and transaction records with high accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, operational dashboards, and key performance metrics.
- Track warehouse and transportation costs and implement cost-control initiatives.
- Monitor damages, stock variances, and claims, and drive corrective actions.
- Coordinate with sales teams, transporters, vendors, and warehouse personnel for seamless operations.
- Ensure warehouse quality standards, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Manage manpower planning, team performance, training, and capability development.
- Monitor accounts receivables, remittances, and logistics-related transactions.
- Develop and implement logistics processes and standard operating procedures.
- Support business growth through effective supply chain planning and customer service excellence.
