Aadhira Enterprises is hiring an experienced Lathe Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. If you have an ITI qualification and at least one year of experience operating conventional lathe machines, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate conventional lathe machines to manufacture precision components.
- Set up machines, tools, and fixtures as per production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Perform turning, facing, threading, drilling, and other machining operations.
- Measure and inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and production targets.
- Carry out routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Follow all workplace safety guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Candidate Requirements
- ITI qualification (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lathe Machine Operator
- Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
- No English language requirement
- Age: 18 to 60 years
- Male and female candidates are welcome to apply
- Candidates from the Pune region are preferred
