Job Description

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and schedule front-of-house staff and baristas. Conduct performance reviews and foster a collaborative work environment. 

Daily Operations: Oversee opening and closing procedures, manage point-of-sale systems, and ensure seamless service.

Customer Experience: Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and build relationships with patrons to encourage loyalty. 

Inventory & Quality Control: Monitor stock levels for coffee, food, and supplies. Ensure recipes are strictly followed and products remain fresh and high-quality
