Job Title: Field Marketing & Data Collection ExecutiveCompany: Career Fairy IndiaLocation: Chennai & Nearby AreasEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleCareer Fairy India is looking for energetic and field-oriented professionals to support our manpower recruitment operations through field marketing, client acquisition, referral network development, and candidate database collection activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable traveling extensively, interacting with shop owners, candidates, referral partners, and employers to generate hiring opportunities and manpower databases.

• Key ResponsibilitiesField Marketing & BrandingExecute poster, pamphlet, banner, sticker, and other marketing campaigns in assigned areas.
• Identify high-visibility locations for promotional activities.
• Ensure proper placement and maintenance of marketing materials.
• Conduct local awareness activities to promote Career Fairy India's recruitment services.
• Referral Vendor & Shop OnboardingIdentify and onboard shops, browsing centers, internet centers, tea stalls, xerox shops, and local businesses as referral partners.
• Build and maintain a strong referral network across assigned territories.
• Educate referral partners about incentive programs and candidate referral processes.
• Maintain regular relationships with referral vendors.
• Client Visits & Requirement CollectionVisit companies, factories, warehouses, offices, and commercial establishments.
• Meet HR representatives, business owners, and hiring managers.
• Collect manpower requirements directly from clients.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams for requirement fulfillment.
• Follow up with clients regarding ongoing hiring needs.
• Candidate Data CollectionConduct field surveys and candidate registration drives.
• Collect databases of unskilled, semi-skilled, and skilled job seekers.

• Achieve monthly targets for referrals, client visits, and database collection.
• EligibilityMinimum 10th / 12th Pass.
• Diploma or Degree preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
• Basic smartphone usage and WhatsApp knowledge required.
