Role OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Field Sales & Marketing Associates.

The selected candidate will be responsible for lead generation, telecalling, client meetings, market outreach, relationship building, product promotion, and business development activities. This role offers extensive exposure to sales, marketing, client management, and business operations within a fast-growing innovation ecosystem.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and approach potential customers, corporates, institutions, startups, and industry partners.
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and business outreach activities.
  • Conduct product and service presentations to prospective clients.
  • Support business development initiatives and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into business engagements.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Telecalling & Lead GenerationConduct outbound calls to potential customers and business prospects.
  • Introduce POSSPole's products, services, and ecosystem offerings.
  • Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and discussions with prospects.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and interested customers.
  • Update lead databases and call records accurately.
  • Assist in building a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Field Marketing & OutreachVisit clients, institutions, and partner organizations across Bengaluru.
  • Participate in exhibitions, events, conferences, roadshows, and networking activities.
  • Promote POSSPole's ecosystem offerings and business initiatives.
  • Support marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.
  • Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
  • Client Relationship ManagementMaintain excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Ensure timely communication and support to clients.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the engagement process.
  • Reporting & CoordinationMaintain daily activity reports and visit logs.
  • Submit weekly performance updates to management.
  • Track leads, meetings, and conversion status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Eligibility CriteriaEducationBachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Candidates from BBA, B.Com, BBM, BCA, B.Sc., Engineering, Marketing, Commerce, or related backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • ExperienceFreshers are welcome to apply.
  • Internship experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Service, Telecalling, or Client Engagement will be an added advantage.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Confidence in meeting clients and conducting presentations.
  • Good telecalling and customer engagement skills.
