Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and process customer invoices and billing documents.
Generate GST tax invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
Verify purchase orders, pricing, and billing accuracy.
Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounts teams.
Maintain billing records and prepare daily reports.
Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries.
Requirements
Graduate in Commerce or any relevant discipline.
1–3 years of billing experience.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, Excel, and GST billing.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Experience in electrical, power, or trading industry preferred.
