Job Description – Day Care Teacher

Position: Day Care Teacher

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience, qualifications, and previous salary)

Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, energetic, and responsible Day Care Teacher to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children. The candidate will also be responsible for conducting tuition classes for students of 2nd and 3rd Standard (SSC & CBSE Boards). Good communication skills and fluency in English are compulsory.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safety, care, and well-being of children in the daycare.

Plan and conduct educational, creative, and recreational activities.

Supervise children during meals, playtime, and daily routines.

Help children develop good communication, social, and personal skills.

Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the classroom.

Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress.

Academic Responsibilities

Teach students of 2nd and 3rd Standard (SSC & CBSE Boards).

Handle subjects including English (Compulsory), Mathematics, EVS/Science, and other primary-level subjects.

Assist students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation.

Provide individual attention to improve academic performance.

Eligibility

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), NTT, D.Ed., B.Ed., or an equivalent qualification.

Experience in daycare or primary school teaching will be preferred.

Fluency in spoken and written English is compulsory.
