Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical positions. The candidate should have strong communication skills, recruitment expertise, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Prepare and release job postings on various recruitment platforms.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate salary packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
• Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
