Job Description
Salary:
₹1,800 per working day
26 working days per month
Approx monthly salary: ₹46,800
Final salary will be based on skill, experience, and trial output.
We are hiring an experienced Ladies Kurti Cutting Master for Magi 30 Plus, a women’s apparel brand focused on premium office wear kurta sets for 30+ women.
Actual work location: Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu.
Candidates applying from nearby areas or other cities must be willing to work from Tenkasi.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cutting ladies kurta sets
- Cutting A-line kurtas, straight-cut pants, and plus-size garments
- Taking and understanding body measurements
- Creating and correcting patterns based on fitting trials
- Cutting sizes from L to 5XL and above
- Planning fabric consumption and reducing fabric wastage
- Guiding tailors during stitching
- Checking fit, neck finishing, sleeve finishing, side slit, pant crotch, and overall garment finishing
- Helping maintain premium boutique-quality output
Requirements:
- Experienced cutting master only
- Must have experience in ladies garments / kurti cutting
- Must know measurement, pattern cutting, and fitting correction
- Plus-size ladies garment experience is preferred
- Should be able to cut neatly and reduce fabric wastage
- Should be reliable and ready to work regularly from Tenkasi
Important:
- Paid trial sample will be done before final selection
- No advance payment before trial work
- This is not a work-from-home job
- Candidate must work from Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu
