Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Meta Ads Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality student leads, improving campaign performance, and maximizing return on advertising spend through effective audience targeting and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager.
Develop campaign strategies for lead generation, brand awareness, and student enrollments.
Define target audiences using demographic, behavioral, and interest-based targeting.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bidding strategies, and creatives.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, audiences, and landing pages.
Track campaign performance using Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI).
Analyze campaign metrics and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
Coordinate with the Admissions and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, platform updates, and digital marketing trends.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.
Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and campaign tracking.
Experience with CRM tools and lead management is an advantage.
Experience in the EdTech or education industry is preferred.

Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other creative tools is an added advantage.
