About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing team in Kolkata. If you have a passion for sales, client acquisition, and building strong business relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through field sales and client meetings.
• Identify and acquire new customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Update CRM and submit daily activity reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• EligibilityMinimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
• 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Direct Sales, or Business Development.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
• Mandatory RequirementsOwn Laptop (Mandatory)
• Own Bike with a Valid Driving License (Mandatory)
• Willingness to travel within Kolkata for client meetings.
• Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
