AirDesk Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic Freshers to join our growing team as Travel Sales & Customer Support Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Assist customers with flight booking inquiries.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Respond to customer queries through calls and emails.
- Maintain basic sales records and CRM.
EligibilityExperience:
- Fresher to 3 months.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Professional behavior and customer-focused approach.
