Driver Cum Office Boy

Key Responsibilities

Driving Duties

• Safely drive company directors, employees, or guests as instructed.
• Pick up and deliver documents, parcels, and office materials.
• Ensure timely travel to meetings, airports, railway stations, and client locations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the company vehicle.
• Conduct routine checks of fuel, engine oil, tyre pressure, and vehicle maintenance.
• Keep all vehicle documents (insurance, PUC, registration, etc.) up to date and readily available.

Office Support Duties

• Open and close the office as per company timings.
• Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, meeting rooms, and reception area.
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to visitors and staff.
• Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and courier dispatch.
• Purchase office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Deposit cheques, collect documents, and visit government or bank offices when required.
• Assist with loading and unloading office materials.
• Support office events and meetings with necessary arrangements.
• Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or above.
• Valid LMV Driving Licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience.
• Good knowledge of Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and surrounding areas.
• Basic reading and writing skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
• Honest, punctual, courteous, and physically fit.
• Willingness to work beyond normal office hours when required.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Familiarity with Google Maps/navigation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
