Job Title: Key Accounts Executive (HoReCa / Institutional Sales)


Payroll: Randstad India


Client: Leading Indian FMCG Multinational Organization (MNC)


Location: Bangalore

Role Overview:


We are looking for a result-oriented Key Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing institutional sales within the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) segment for one of India's largest FMCG MNCs. You will be the primary point of contact for high-end hospitality chains, ensuring business retention and driving new acquisitions.


Key Responsibilities:

Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing business accounts, specifically 5-star and 7-star hotel chains and high-end restaurants.


Business Development: Actively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the HoReCa space to expand the client base.

Sales Execution: Achieve defined sales targets through effective planning, consistent follow-ups, and excellent service delivery.


Market Presence: Conduct regular visits to partner properties to ensure brand visibility, gather market intelligence, and address client needs.

Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and


competitor activities.

Requirements:


Qualification: MBA Freshers are preferred.



Mobility: A two-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory for this role.


Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Location: Based in or willing to work in Bangalore.


Compensation:

Budget: Up to 5 LPA CTC + Expenses.
