Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and payments.
Handle emails, WhatsApp, and IndiaMART inquiries.
Coordinate dispatches with transporters.
Maintain records in Excel/Tally.
Support sales and service teams with documentation.
Prepare daily and monthly reports.
