Telecaller

At SwasthGO, we're building a healthcare platform that helps women with PCOS/PCOD improve their health through evidence-based lifestyle guidance and holistic care.

We're looking for compassionate, confident, and enthusiastic Telecallers who enjoy speaking with people and making a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

• Speak with women who have shown interest in our PCOS programs.
• Understand their concerns and answer basic questions.
• Guide them through the next steps in their health journey.
• Coordinate with our care team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups.

Who Can Apply?

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good communication skills in English and at least one regional language.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for healthcare and patient support.
• Comfortable speaking with women about health and wellness.
• This role involves supporting women with sensitive PCOS/PCOD health concerns. Candidates who can build trust and communicate empathetically in these conversations will be most successful.

Must Have Qualifications:

Ability to handle outbound and inbound telecalling, including maintaining accurate call records and follow-ups in a healthcare support context.

Preferred Qualifications:

Good verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to communicate in at least one Indian regional language.

Experience coordinating with care or support teams to ensure smooth customer or patient experiences.

Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or patient support environments.

Demonstrated interest in healthcare and supporting patients on health and wellness journeys.

Compensation

₹20,000–₹30,000 per month

(Based on interview performance and experience.)
