About Learnees: Learnees Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is building India's EdTech Marketplace, connecting students with coaching institutes through a transparent platform that helps students make informed decisions while enabling institutes to increase their enrollments.

Role Overview: We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executives who can visit coaching institutes, present the Learnees platform, and onboard institutes as our partners. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in meeting new people, and a passion for field marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit coaching institutes, training centers, and educational organizations in the assigned city.
• Explain the benefits of partnering with Learnees.
• Convince institute owners/directors to register and list their institutes on the Learnees platform.
• Generate new leads through field visits and personal networking.
• Build long-term relationships with institute owners and decision-makers.
• Coordinate with the internal team for successful onboarding and profile completion.
• Collect required institute information and documents for registration.
• Maintain daily records of meetings, follow-ups, and onboarding status.
• Represent Learnees professionally during all client interactions.
• Meet monthly onboarding targets.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence in face-to-face client meetings.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
• Ability to travel within the assigned city.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Experience in Sales, Field Marketing, Business Development, or EdTech will be an added advantage.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong convincing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good time management and planning skills.
• Passion for helping educational institutions grow.
