Job Description
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and field visits
- Pitch and sell company software products (ERP / CRM / SaaS solutions)
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable software solutions
- Schedule demos and coordinate with the technical/demo team
- Follow up on leads and close deals within the sales cycle
- Maintain proper records in CRM and update lead status regularly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners
