Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's financial records, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and experience with accounting software.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and books of accounts.
  • Record daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and journal entries.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
  • Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as per applicable laws.
  • Process payroll and maintain employee salary records.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and government regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
  • Support management by providing financial reports and analysis as required.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally Prime, Busy, or Zoho Books.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and basic payroll processing.

Salary

Salary will be 22k to 23k rest based on qualifications, skills, experience and interview.
