Job Description
Core Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations.
Taxation & Compliance: Assist in the preparation and timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance returns.
Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports, profit and loss statements, and assist senior management with year-end audit preparations.
Invoicing & Expense Tracking: Generate invoices for clients, track pending payments, follow up on aging receivables, and process vendor payments after verifying receipts.
Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies/inventory, handle vendor contracts, and coordinate basic HR/admin tasks as needed.
