Job Description

हम एक प्रतिष्ठित टेक्सटाइल एवं गारमेंट एक्सपोर्ट फर्म हैं। हमें अपने अकाउंट्स डिपार्टमेंट को संभालने के लिए एक अनुभवी और कुशल सीनियर अकाउंटेंट की आवश्यकता है, जिसे गारमेंट मैन्युफैक्चरिंग और एक्सपोर्ट-इम्पोर्ट अकाउंटिंग की अच्छी जानकारी हो।


1 प्रमुख जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):

  • फाइनेंशियल मैनेजमेंट: कंपनी के दैनिक अकाउंट्स, बैलेंस शीट, P&L स्टेटमेंट और कैश फ्लो का रखरखाव।
  • टेक्सटाइल & एक्सपोर्ट अकाउंटिंग: गारमेंट प्रोडक्शन कॉस्टिंग, फैब्रिक परचेस, इन्वेंट्री ट्रैकिंग और जॉब वर्क (Processing/Stitching) के बिलों का मिलान।
  • टैक्सेशन & जीएसटी: GST (RCM, ITC reconciliation) और TDS रिटर्न समय पर फाइल करना।
  • एक्सपोर्ट डॉक्यूमेंटेशन & बैंक कंप्लायंस: BRC/EDPMS, LC (Letter of Credit), एक्सपोर्ट इंसेंटिव्स (RODTEP / Drawback) और विदेशी मुद्रा लेन-देन का सही हिसाब रखना।
  • ऑडिट & रिपोर्टिंग: इंटरनल और एक्सटर्नल ऑडिट की तैयारी और मैनेजमेंट के लिए मंथली MIS रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।



2 आवश्यक योग्यता एवं अनुभव (Requirements & Skills):

  • अनुभव: 4 से 7 वर्ष (टेक्सटाइल/गारमेंट/एक्सपोर्ट इंडस्ट्री का अनुभव अनिवार्य)।
  • योग्यता: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)।
  • सॉफ्टवेयर नॉलेज: Tally Prime, Busy, MS Excel (Advanced) और GST/e-Way Bill पोर्टल का गहन ज्ञान।
  • स्किल: गारमेंट मर्चेंडाइजिंग टीम और बैंक अधिकारियों के साथ समन्वय (Coordination) बनाने में कुशल।
