International BPO Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident International Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with international clients, generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential international clients.
• Make outbound calls, emails, and attend online meetings.
• Understand client requirements and present our services.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Update sales activities and client information regularly.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in International Sales or B2B Sales.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
