Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of retail or any industry showroom sales experience to join the Duroflex team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving showroom sales, achieving monthly targets, and delivering an excellent shopping experience. Prior experience in furniture, mattresses, consumer durables, or retail sales is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome customers and understand their requirements.

· Recommend suitable Duroflex mattresses, furniture, and sleep accessories.

· Demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing.

· Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

· Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

· Handle billing, invoicing, and maintain accurate sales records.

· Ensure showroom displays are clean, attractive, and well-stocked.

· Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams for product availability.

· Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.

· Participate in promotional activities and product training sessions.

Eligibility Criteria

· Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or showroom sales.

· 12th Pass or Graduate.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Customer-oriented with strong selling and negotiation abilities.

· Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems and MS Office.

· Willingness to work on weekends and rotational shifts.
