Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals for Sales, Technical Sales, and Marketing Executive positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, business development, customer relationship management, and lead generation. Candidates with a Mechanical Engineering background will be considered for Technical Sales roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits and lead generation.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and techno-commercial offers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Follow up with clients to ensure successful order conversion.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Builders, Architects, MEP Consultants, and industrial clients.
• Visit customer sites for inspections and technical discussions (Technical Sales).
• Handle CRM activities and maintain accurate sales records.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
