Telesales Executive

FleetFly Enterprises is hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers over the phone, we'd love to hear from you!

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
• Explain FleetFly's products and services professionally.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer details and call records in the CRM.
• Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the operations team for customer onboarding.
• Resolve basic customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Experience: 0–3 years in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, BPO, or Sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (English is an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/CRM.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
