💼 Role: French Expert – Customer Service Representative
🌍 Process: Travel / Booking / Reservations (Canada & USA customers)
🎓 Qualification:
• HSC / Graduate (Freshers can apply)
• B2 Certified in French
• Excellent English communication
🎯 Requirements:
✔️ Experience in Customer Support / Customer Service (preferred)
✔️ Strong customer satisfaction handling skills
✔️ Fluency in French + good command of English
💰 Salary: Up to 9 LPA
🕒 Shift: Rotational Shifts
📅 Working Days: 5 Days Working + 2 Days Off
