Job Description
Counsel clients regarding visa options and eligibility.
Explain visa requirements, procedures, timelines, and costs.
Assist clients in gathering and organizing required documents.
Review applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and submit visa applications through online and offline channels.
Track application status and provide regular updates to clients.
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities.
Handle client inquiries through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Maintain detailed records of applications and client interactions.
Stay updated on changing immigration and visa regulations.
Support students applying for study visas and guide them through admission-related documentation.
Assist with interview preparation for visa applicants when necessary.
