Job Summary :-
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who can handle customer queries professionally across phone calls, WhatsApp, emails and chat while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through Calls, WhatsApp, Email and Chat.
- Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, cancellations and refunds.
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers.
- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams.
- Maintain customer records and daily reports in Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure timely follow-up until customer issues are resolved.
- Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Data Entry, Filters, Copy-Paste, Basic Formulas).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Email.
- Good typing speed and professional communication skills.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.
Educational Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
