  • Main Work: Prepare Indian dishes like curry, biryani, kebab, naan, roti, and tandoori items
  • Use tandoor oven safely for cooking naan, chicken, fish, and kebabs
  • Basic English
  • Good knowledge of food cost
  • Keep kitchen clean and follow hygiene rules
  • Check food quality and taste before serving
  • Team Handling
  • Maintain stock of food items and report shortages
  • Skills Needed: Basic knowledge of working on the system
  • Experience in tandoor/Indian cooking is preferred
  • Hardworking and able to work long hours
