Role Summary

The Field Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily interior project execution activities at site, ensuring work quality, manpower productivity, material coordination, safety compliance, and timely project completion as per drawings and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out works. •
• Monitor carpenter, electrician, plumber, painter, POP, false ceiling, flooring, and other vendor teams.
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and suppliers.
• Check daily manpower attendance and productivity.
• Ensure proper material usage and avoid wastage.
• Conduct daily site inspections for quality and safety.
• Update daily work progress to Project Manager.
• Resolve minor site issues and execution problems.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline at site.
• Verify measurements before execution.

Weekly Responsibilities

• Ensure tools and equipment are properly handled.
• Follow client instructions and site regulations.
• Prepare weekly work progress reports.
• Coordinate weekly planning with project team.
• Track pending activities and target completion.
• Monitor material stock availability for upcoming work.
• Conduct quality checks for completed works.
• Arrange subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Review labor productivity and performance.
• Ensure corrective actions for delayed or defective works.
• Support billing measurements and quantity verification.
• Update project schedules and execution plans.

Monthly Responsibilities

• • Prepare monthly site progress summary.
• • Assist management in project status review.

• • Support monthly vendor and subcontractor bill verification.
• • Monitor overall material consumption and wastage control.
• • Evaluate manpower requirements for upcoming activities.

• • Report major risks, delays, and site challenges to management.
• • Participate in client review meetings if required.
• • Ensure overall site performance aligns with company standards.
