Job Description

Assemble cable harnesses as per drawings, BOM, and work instructions.

Perform wire cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and connector assembly.

Route and bundle wires using cable ties, sleeves, heat shrink, and labels.

Read and interpret wiring diagrams, cable schedules, and assembly drawings.

Conduct continuity, insulation resistance, and basic functional testing.

Identify and report defects or quality issues.

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.

Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures.

Complete production records and documentation accurately.

Support rework and repair activities when required.
