Position Summary
The General Manager – Manufacturing Operations & Efficiency will be responsible for leading all manufacturing operations and ensuring safe, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall plant operations and achieve production targets.
- Drive process optimisation, yield improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Manage manufacturing costs, utilities, manpower, maintenance, and process losses.
- Establish operational budgets and monitor departmental spending.
- Improve equipment reliability and plant uptime.
- Strengthen quality systems and compliance.
- Ensure safe operations and regulatory compliance.
- Develop teams, leaders, and employee capabilities.
Preferences
- 10–18 years of experience in process manufacturing.
