Regional Business Development Executive (Commission Based)


Shree Radhey Dairy is hiring motivated Sales Professionals across India to promote our Premium A2 Bilona Cow Ghee.


Compensation

  • 10% Commission on Monthly Invoice Value (Excl. GST)
  • 12% on monthly sales above ₹5 Lakhs
  • 15% on monthly sales above ₹10 Lakhs
  • No Salary | Unlimited Earning Potential


Responsibilities

  • Appoint Dealers & Distributors
  • Generate B2B & Institutional Sales
  • Visit Grocery Stores, Organic Stores, Sweet Shops, Hotels & Restaurants
  • Build long-term customer relationships


Preferred Candidates

  • Experience in FMCG / Dairy / Food Sales preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Own vehicle preferred
  • Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply
  • Earnings Example₹5 Lakh Sales = ₹50,000 Commission
  • ₹10 Lakh Sales = ₹1,20,000 Commission
  • ₹20 Lakh Sales = ₹3,00,000 Commission
