Job Description
🚨 Hiring – NOC Engineer (MPLS & GPON)
Company: Anonet (On-Roll Job)
Location: Sector 16, Noida
Experience: 3–6 Years
- Mandatory SkillsStrong knowledge of GPON & MPLS (Must Have)
- BGP, OSPF, VLAN, TCP/IP
- OLT/ONU/ONT & Fiber Troubleshooting
- Network Monitoring (Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, etc.)
- Customer Support & Incident Management
- Good communication & Microsoft Excel
- Job ResponsibilitiesMonitor and troubleshoot MPLS & GPON networks.
- Resolve network incidents and coordinate with field teams.
- Handle customer issues and provide timely updates.
- Maintain incident reports, SLA reports, and documentation.
- QualificationB.Tech / BCA / B.Sc / Diploma (CS/IT/Electronics/Telecom)
- CCNA/JNCIA preferred
- ISP/Telecom experience preferred
