Job Description
Job Title: Meta Ads Expert
JD: To plan, execute, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign optimization, lead generation, and performance analysis.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Develop effective lead generation, conversion, traffic, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Conduct audience research and build custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, videos, and promotional content.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, platform updates, and digital marketing trends.
- Suggest innovative strategies to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
- Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Excellent understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising strategies.
- Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- EligibilityBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns is preferred.
- Relevant Meta certifications are an added advantage.
- Preferred QualificationsExperience handling high-budget ad campaigns.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools
