Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL (Cost Per Lead).
- Scale lead generation campaigns with strong ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets and daily performance.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
- Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the creative and sales teams to maximize conversions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads.
- Proven track record of generating quality leads.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking.
- Experience with lead generation funnels and landing pages.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the EdTech industry is an added advantage.
