Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Identify suitable land parcels based on project requirements.
  • Conduct preliminary land due diligence, including ownership verification and title checks.
  • Coordinate with landowners, brokers, local authorities, and government departments.
  • Negotiate land purchase, lease, or acquisition agreements.
  • Collect and review land-related documents such as title deeds, encumbrance certificates, survey records, and revenue records.
  • Liaise with legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Facilitate land surveys, site visits, and feasibility assessments.
  • Track acquisition progress and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Monitor local market trends and land availability in target locations.
  • Resolve land-related issues and support project teams during land handover.


  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Degree in Law, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or related fields preferred).
  • 4–5 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy, telecom, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of land documentation, registration procedures, and revenue records.
  • Familiarity with local land laws and government regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and stakeholder meetings.
