Non IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across various industries.

* Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and other recruitment channels.

* Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on job requirements.

* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

* Manage volume hiring requirements while maintaining quality hiring standards.

* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

* Negotiate salary packages and assist in offer rollouts.

* Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

* Achieve individual and team hiring targets within defined timelines.

* Develop strong relationships with clients and hiring stakeholders.

* Stay updated on market trends, hiring practices, and industry requirements.

Required Skills:

* Proven experience in Non-IT Recruitment and Volume Hiring.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

* Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

* Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
