Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries and regions.
  • Work on new product development (NPD) and introduce new applications and technical solutions for customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend customized technical & commercial solutions.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and R&D teams to develop new processes and improve existing ones.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification to support business strategy.
  • Provide technical support during client discussions, site visits, and product trials.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure consistent follow-ups for project closures.
  • Achieve sales and growth targets set by the management.


Qualification & Skill Set:

  • Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Production Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical marketing in valves, pumps, piping, compressors, or industrial products.
  • Strong understanding of industrial processes and product applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in teams.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business development activities.
